Abstract Submission
Abstracts may be submitted for poster presentations on any topics relating to the overall theme of the conference, gonadotropins and receptors, reporting on results on basic, clinical, or applied research. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation in a special “hot topics” session. All submissions will be reviewed for scientific merit, and multiple abstracts may be submitted by the same author(s). The following guidelines for abstract submission must be followed, and all submissions should be electronic. The deadline for abstract submission is midnight (EST) March 30, 2005 to ensure review and publication in the Conference Program. Abstracts submitted after that date may be considered as “Late-Breaking Abstracts” for poster presentation, but will not be included in the printed program. [N.B. If, for whatever reason, online submission is not possible, you may submit your abstract(s) by fax (706-542-0182)].
Abstract guidelines are as follows:
- Use 12 point (preferably Arial) font
- Single space left justified
- Use 1.25” margins all around
- With these parameters, the abstract, including author(s), affiliation(s), and text, can fill up to one page
- Standard abbreviations may be used without definition in the text, e.g. LH, hCG, FSH, LHR, FSHR, etc.
Example of an abstract:

Affiliation(s): Give department or program, institution/cooperation, city, country

If you prefer, you may submit a standard abstract without these sub-sections, but you should address the components listed even if you do not have them explicitly labeled.
