For directions, please see www.gactr.uga.edu/conferences/about/directions.phtml. A parking deck is located adjacent to the Center (hourly rates; vehicles over seven feet require alternative parking arrangements.)
Lodging
A block of rooms is being held for your conference until 5:00 p.m. ET, March 21, 2005. If your lodging preference is unavailable, the best alternative will be confirmed. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at the Georgia Center. Your card will be charged one night’s lodging if you do not cancel by 4:00 p.m. 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
Conference Cancellation Policies
- Please call 706-542-2134 or 800-884-1381 to cancel your conference and hotel registration.
- In the event a program is cancelled for any reason, the Georgia Center will not be responsible for any cancellation changes/charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
- (1) We will gladly issue refunds for cancellations made by 5:00 p.m. ET, April 6, 2005. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Substitutions are encouraged. (2) If a course is cancelled for any reason, the Georgia Center will not be responsible for any cancellation changes/charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
